Cairo-Mubasher: Osool ESB Securities Brokerage said the board approved appointing Ehab Said as managing director-branches, the company said in a bourse statement.
Said replaced Ahmed Amin who submitted his resignation.
The company operates with EGP 40 million in capital, divided into 80 million shares at a par value of EGP 0.5 each.
